1. Operator and acceptance
These terms apply between you and Techloch, the operator of TechLoch.
By accessing the website, running a scan, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Services
TechLoch provides website scanning, verified site analysis, managed AI and SEO file workflows, managed delivery through TechLoch CDN, reporting, notifications, and optional snippet-based diagnostics.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or product evolution.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email account secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You must only connect, verify, scan, or manage websites that you own, control, or are authorized to assess. You remain responsible for your website content, routing choices, legal disclosures, and compliance decisions, including any copy or consent settings published through your own site.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, interfere with another party's systems, upload malicious code, scrape data you are not permitted to access, or deploy the platform in a deceptive or infringing manner.
You must not use the platform to conceal the real origin of unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with delivery infrastructure, or attempt to bypass any security, usage, or billing controls.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused or creates security, legal, or reputational risk.
5. Fees, plans, and billing
TechLoch offers a free preview and a 30-day trial that begins when you verify ownership of your first site. No payment details are required to start that trial.
After the trial ends, continued access to managed delivery, ongoing monitoring, full reporting, and related paid features requires an active subscription through our billing provider. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase apply.
Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions renew each year. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until that date.
5a. Refunds and cancellations
Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 14 days, no refunds are issued. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current annual billing period.
To request a refund, contact support@techloch.com within the applicable refund window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Data, telemetry, and platform output
You retain ownership of your website content and business data. TechLoch may process URLs, scan results, managed delivery events, account metadata, billing data, and optional snippet telemetry to operate the service, deliver reports, support customers, improve the product, and protect the platform.
Reports, recommendations, drafts, and generated files are provided as tools to support your workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving what you publish or rely on in production.
7. Intellectual property
TechLoch and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, reports, branding, templates, and supporting materials, excluding content you supply.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term in accordance with these terms.
8. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including hosting, authentication, CDN delivery, email delivery, payment processing, and data storage. Your use of those parts of the service may also be subject to the relevant provider terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, search engine rankings, or any particular commercial outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Techloch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, unpaid fees, or material breach of these terms.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but clauses that reasonably survive termination continue to apply.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@techloch.com.
